After beginning her professional life in the financial industry, she followed her passion for beauty and built a career as a makeup artist, working with women through life's celebrations, milestones, and transformations. That journey ultimately inspired Worthian Beauty a modern beauty brand rooted in the belief that beauty should enhance rather than define a woman's worth. With an elevated approach to beauty and the privilege of aging, Worthian Beauty celebrates confidence, individuality, and the becoming more fully yourself.

Halley is also the founder of Worthian Society formerly Pretty Powerful Co., the social-impact and lifestyle expression of the Worthian philosophy. Created to bring women together through beauty, education, meaningful experiences, and giving back, Worthian Society reflects her belief that when women recognize their own worth, they are better positioned to help others recognize theirs. Advocacy remains an important part of Halley's work, particularly supporting organizations and initiatives serving survivors of human trafficking. Through Worthian, she is building a business where beauty and purpose can exist beautifully alongside one another. Named after Halley's Comet, her sense of curiosity has taken her around the world, but Fort Worth will always be home.
