Halley is a Fort Worth-based entrepreneur, beauty professional, and advocate, and the founder of Worthian Beauty and Worthian Society. 

After more than two decades in the financial industry, she followed her passion for makeup artistry and built a career helping women feel confident, polished, and distinctly themselves. Her experiences in beauty ultimately inspired Worthian a philosophy rooted in the belief that beauty does not create our worth; it can simply help us express what is already there. 

Through Worthian Beauty, Halley is creating an elevated approach to beauty and aging, while Worthian Society extends that mission through community, education, experiences, advocacy, and giving back.
